Which devices support eSIM?

Can I make phone calls with the eSIM?
Our eSIM plans provide data only. You can use VoIP apps like WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Skype for voice and video calls over your data connection.
How do I activate the eSIM at my destination?
The eSIM activates automatically when you arrive and enable data roaming in your device settings. Simply install the eSIM before your trip by scanning the QR code, then turn on data roaming when you land.
Can multiple people share one eSIM?
No, each eSIM can only be installed on one device. Please purchase separate plans for each traveler in your group.
What happens when my data runs out?
Your eSIM will stop providing data. You can purchase a new plan on our website and install it on your device to continue using mobile data.
How long is the eSIM valid?
The eSIM must be installed within 6 months of purchase. Once you connect to a network at your destination, the plan duration (e.g. 7 days, 30 days) begins counting down.
What is the refund policy?
Unused eSIMs (not yet installed on any device) can be refunded within 30 days. Once an eSIM is installed or activated, refunds are not available. Contact support@getlan.net for refund requests.
What is the difference between eSIM and a physical SIM card?
An eSIM is a digital SIM embedded in your phone — no physical card to swap. You activate it by scanning a QR code. It works as a second line alongside your existing SIM, so you keep your phone number while using local data abroad. Check device compatibility to see if your phone supports eSIM.
How do I set up eSIM on my iPhone?
